Uploading Files & Image for a Tenant

KITT lets you upload files and images to a tenant you have added, so that you can store useful information all in the same place. Things like copies of the tenancy agreement, the bond form, pictures of property damage etc can all be useful to have on hand wherever you are.

Getting Started
From the Tenants section of your Portfolio, click on the tenant that you wish to modify. This will take you to the tenant view page.

A list of all tenants. In this example I will be using the tenant called "Example Tenant".

Uploading Files/Images
On the tenant view page, scroll down until you see the Files & Images section. Click on the arrow on the right hand side to open the section.

Opening the Files & Images section.

Select Upload Files to open the file uploader. You can click on the grey file uploader box to choose a file from your computer, or drag a file onto the grey uploader box.

Select a tag from the drop down menu to help categorise the file you uploaded. If none of the options are what you need, select Custom and enter your own tag. When you are done, select Upload Files to finish uploading the files.

Adding a tag to the uploaded file.

You can see any files/images that have been uploaded to a tenant in the Files & Images section of the tenant view page.
