Managing your Portfolio
The Portfolio and Contacts sections of KITT are tools designed to help you manage your property porfolio. Once your portfolio is entered into KITT, keeping track of the details of each property/tenancy/tenant becomes much easier as they are all in one place.
The very first thing you should do with KITT is add your properties to the Portfolio section. Once a property is entered into KITT, any details and tenancy information can be stored and accessed later at your convenience.

Once you have a property, you can add a tenancy to that property. You can upload and store paperwork (tenancy agreement, bond form, etc.) to a tenancy you have created. KITT also uses tenancies to track your rental income.

Once you have a tenancy, you can add tenants to that tenancy. Tenants are added to your contacts, so you can save their contact details and references for easy access.

Suppliers are individuals or organisations that provide products or services. These could be your builder, plumber, property manager or even your accountant. Suppliers are also added to your contacts, so you can save their details for easy access.
