How KITT Works

If you are new to using KITT, or just want to brush up on the basics, then this is a good place to start.

About KITT
KITT is a tool designed to help you manage your property portfolio, with a strong focus on keeping on top of the financial side of things.
We have designed KITT to be the one place that you need to go to get portfolio information such as:

  • Properties
  • Tenancies
  • Tenants
  • Suppliers
  • Contacts
  • Invoices
  • Bills
  • Financial performance

KITT already has some neat features that we think are exactly what you need to manage a property portfolio, but we have plenty more features planned for the future and are working on them right now!

Take a look at our feature roadmap to learn more about our current and planned features.

Getting Started
When you make a KITT account you will be taken through a setup process to get you started, as well as teach you a little bit about how to use KITT. This will involve you adding a property, tenancy and tenant(s) to KITT, as well as connecting your bank account. After the setup process is complete you will be taken to the KITT dashboard.

The KITT dashboard. Provides useful information on your portfolio at a glance, and also serves as a "home" page.

From here you can navigate around KITT using the menu on the left.
